Workshop description:

Since ancient times, dolls have been used to teach, entertain, and have played a central role in rituals over birth, death, coming of age and marriage throughout the world. Through the doll making process we will intuitively respond to the emerging image, playing and dialoging with it. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to create your own doll using a simple technique with fabric and yarn. Used as an intervention with a variety of populations it is a powerful addition to your therapeutic "toolbox".
